Q. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

 

A. Unfortunately we do not offer returns due to the presets being a digital product.

Q. How can I write a review on a product?

 

A.  The review section is located under each products page. We would be happy to hear what you think!

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

 

A. Payment methods we currently accept are: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club Discover, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, PayPal ,Shopify Pay, Venmo, Visa.

 

Q. How can I get assistance if I need it?

 

A. If you need any assistance at all please reach out through the contact page on our site. We are more than happy to help you out!

 

Q. How will I receive my digital download?

 

A. 1. After purchasing a download button will appear, follow the steps and save to a folder of your choice.

     2. As a precaution we also include a download link that will be sent straight to your email that you provided at checkout 

 

Q. How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

 

A. There is a link at the bottom of every email. It will be titled “unsubscribe”. Click the link and proceed with the steps.
